Management Model of the Official Primary Manager in Saltillo, Coahuila
Abstract
This research is quantitative, carried out under the empirical-analytical approach, supported in a theoretical and referential framework and in a structured methodological process in accordance with the hypothetical-deductive approach. As a tool to collect the data, using as a technique the social survey and the Likert structured response questionnaire. Subsequently, using the descriptive and inferential statistics, the information was processed using the SPSS program. The general objective of the research is to characterize the management model of the official primary manager in Saltillo, based on the actions of the managers who have managed to make their institutions become effective schools. Propose a management model that based on theoretical support and the results of the methodological process can be developed and even more feasible to be implemented in the rest of the official primary schools. The research focuses on the directive figure, considering that there is a direct relationship with the competencies and skills that the manager possesses and the management model he implements.
